Mathias Palazzi (1994) is a designer and researcher, graduated from Lacambre (Brussels) and Sandberg Instituut (Amsterdam) in 2021.

His work spans from object design to text through architecture, with a focus on building methods, dwelling habits, and the ideologies associated to it.

As co-founder of Niveau Zero Atelier, a research practice based in La Courneuve, he conducted various awarded research projects around material flows, developed objects shown in the main European venues, and worked for private clients.

Since 2024, in engaged in a research curriculum at the border of architecture & philosopy in ENSAPLV, Paris.

The Toichos project, which surprisingly is pronounced teehos, meaning wall in Greek is a multifaceted initiative organized by @nwmw.gr based on the idea of @mathias.palazzi aiming to connect traditional techniques with contemporary architectural practice combining foreign and local points of view on a multidisciplinary level.
